YILMAZ YENIYOL AUDIO — TERMS OF SERVICE AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you
(the "User") and Yilmaz Yeniyol (the "developer") regarding the use of the live
audio plugins (HN-6 Harmonic Notch, LM-2 Latency Matcher), the plugin manager
application (RP-1 Rack-Plug, including the MB-1 Meter Bridge), the PX series and
any associated digital assets (collectively referred to as the "Software"). By
installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by
the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use it.

1. "AS-IS" PROVISION AND NO WARRANTY
The Software is provided "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." The developer makes no
warranties, express or implied, regarding performance, reliability, security, or
fitness for a particular purpose (such as live concert mixing, studio production
or broadcasting). Due to the highly dynamic and complex nature of live audio
environments, the developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free
operation.

2. USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR HARDWARE AND COMPUTER SYSTEMS
Installation, configuration and operation are done entirely at the User's own risk.
  * The developer shall not be held liable for any damage to the User's computer
    hardware, operating system (Windows/macOS), CPU, memory (RAM), audio
    interfaces, sound cards or monitoring equipment (including but not limited to
    speaker damage caused by audio spikes, signal overloads or overheating).
  * Any system freezes, crashes, data loss or performance degradation resulting
    directly or indirectly from use of the Software is the sole responsibility of
    the User.

3. THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE AND PLUG-IN COMPATIBILITY
  * The developer accepts absolutely no liability for conflicts, crashes, system
    locks or glitches caused by third-party software, third-party plug-ins
    (VST, AU, AAX, etc.) or their updates.
  * If a third-party plug-in or system update compromises functionality, disrupts
    your audio chain or causes technical failure, responsibility lies entirely
    with the User and the respective third-party manufacturer.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR LIVE PERFORMANCES AND COMMERCIAL LOSSES
Under no circumstances shall the developer be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, special or consequential damages, including without limitation loss
of profits, commercial losses, business interruption, damage to professional
reputation or third-party claims arising out of an audio cutout, system crash,
latency issue or technical failure during a live stage performance, concert,
broadcast or studio session. It is the User's sole responsibility to thoroughly
test system stability prior to any critical live deployment.

5. RIGHT TO MODIFY
The developer reserves the right to modify, update or discontinue support for the
Software and to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use
constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. LICENSE GRANT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Software is licensed, not sold. The developer grants a personal,
non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on
computers owned or controlled by the User. The User may not resell, rent, lease,
sublicense, redistribute, decompile, reverse-engineer or create derivative works
without prior written permission. All names, logos (including the YILMAZ YENIYOL
medallion and the RP-1 / HN-6 / LM-2 / MB-1 / PX badges), designs and code remain
the exclusive property of the developer. All third-party product names and
trademarks belong to their respective owners; no affiliation is implied.

7. AUDIO SAFETY WARNING
Digital audio software can produce sudden, unexpected and loud signals. Always
begin at low monitor levels, verify your gain structure and protect your hearing
and your equipment. The developer is not responsible for hearing damage or damage
to playback equipment of any kind.

8. PRIVACY
The Software stores settings, sessions and presets locally on the User's computer
only. It does not collect, transmit or share personal data, usage statistics or
audio content. E-mail addresses submitted on yilmazyeniyol.com are used solely to
deliver license keys and occasional product news.

9. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full
force. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement concerning the Software.

BY INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE OR REQUESTING A LICENSE KEY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU
HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.
