DENGELOCK™ is the auto-balance engine inside the LOCK family. The name joins the Turkish word denge — balance, equilibrium — with LOCK: the engine finds the balance, then locks it. Pronounced “DEN-geh-lock”; English speakers will read it “denj-lock”, and both are welcome — the way divan entered the language and kept its soul.

The philosophy: two layers
LAYER 1 — AUTO
The engine listens, learns, and sets its own working points: thresholds derive from the measured source, detection bands select themselves, dynamics settle to their target. Fail-safe by design: until the engine has learned, it stays transparent — it never guesses out loud.
LAYER 2 — CONTROL
The few controls that remain are musical decisions, not technical chores: style, character, depth, on/off. If a knob does not change a decision a working engineer actually makes at front of house, it does not exist.
This is the discipline that made the best-loved stage tools trustworthy — few controls, an automatic core you can lean on. We apply it with our own engineering.

Self-selecting detection bandsThe engine reads where the instrument actually lives and keys itself there — contrast-based hybrid selection.
Position-aware profilesMicrophone placement (outside/inside, top/bottom) changes the physics, so it changes the processing — inside one product, never a separate SKU.
Transparent fail-safeUnlearned means untouched. The signal is never processed by a guess.
Honest facesEvery display shows a measured value or a dash — never a number the engine did not actually measure. If a mark is lit, it has something to say.
