The short version: the plugins collect nothing. No telemetry, no analytics, no phone-home inside any YY plugin. What we do collect, we collect on the website, and it’s minimal.

1. What we collect

E-mail address — when you download the Free Suite, join a waitlist, or make a purchase. Used for delivering downloads, license keys, and product news you can unsubscribe from in one click.
Purchase records — name, e-mail, product, and the license key we issued. Kept as long as your license is valid, because they are your proof of license.
Basic website statistics — aggregate page counts. No advertising trackers, no data sale, ever.

2. What we never see

Payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com) as merchant of record. Your card or bank details go to Paddle, not to us. Paddle’s privacy policy applies to the payment transaction: paddle.com/legal/privacy

3. The software itself

YY plugins run entirely on your machine. They do not transmit audio, usage data, or diagnostics. License validation for subscriptions checks a signed key file locally and re-validates online at most once per session start when a connection exists; the request contains the license identifier only.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate (payment: Paddle; e-mail delivery) and when the law requires it. We do not sell or rent personal data.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time (note: deleting purchase records voids our ability to verify your license). EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR; California residents under CCPA. Use the contact form.
