Refund Policy

14 days, no interrogation

If a YY plugin isn’t right for you, you get your money back — within fourteen (14) days of purchase, no forms, no “exit interview.” Reply to your FastSpring order e-mail or use the contact form; refunds are issued through FastSpring to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

We can afford this policy because every paid plugin has a free demo — try it on your rig, at your venue, before you spend a dollar.

Subscriptions (YY All Access)

• Cancel anytime, in one click, from the FastSpring account link in your order e-mail. Your access continues to the end of the paid period; the last license key expires at the end of its grace window.
• Your first subscription payment is refundable within 14 days.
• Forgot to cancel and got charged for a renewal you didn’t use? Write within 14 days of the charge — we’re engineers, not a retention department. We’ll sort it out.
• On an instalment (rent-to-own) purchase, where offered, a refunded payment does not count toward the ten (10) payments.

VoxStage Passes (Early Access)

A pass starts at purchase and ends when its key expires: Day and Show Pass 36 hours, 3-Day Pass 84 hours, 30-Day Tour Pass 30 days and 12 hours. You get a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase if you did not use the pass, or if VoxStage could not connect to or control your console and that model is listed on the VoxStage page (other than models marked “Next”). A pass used on a show is used up.

Free Suite

It’s free — there’s nothing to refund. If it misbehaves, tell us and we’ll fix it.

Abuse

Repeated purchase-refund cycles of the same product, or refunds after a license key has been publicly shared, may be declined and may void the license. This has never needed to happen; let’s keep it that way.
