Refund Policy

14 days, no interrogation

If a YY plugin isn’t right for you, you get your money back — within fourteen (14) days of purchase, no forms, no “exit interview.” Reply to your Paddle receipt or use the contact form; refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

We can afford this policy because every paid plugin has a free demo — try it on your rig, at your venue, before you spend a dollar.

Subscriptions (YY All Access)

• Cancel anytime, in one click, from your Paddle receipt e-mail. Your access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Your first subscription payment is refundable within 14 days.
• Forgot to cancel and got charged for a renewal you didn’t use? Write within 14 days of the charge — we’re engineers, not a retention department. We’ll sort it out.
• On an instalment (rent-to-own) purchase, a refunded payment does not count toward the ten (10) payments.

Free Suite

It’s free — there’s nothing to refund. If it misbehaves, tell us and we’ll fix it.

Abuse

Repeated purchase-refund cycles of the same product, or refunds after a license key has been publicly shared, may be declined and may void the license. This has never needed to happen; let’s keep it that way.
